Returns/Refunds Policy

Thank you for showing your support for CHamoruStylz. We know you will love what you purchase!

We try to make sure that the photos and/or descriptions of our items accurately reflect the actual color and fabric of the item in person. However, due to issues out of our control like the variety of settings in monitor and other device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) and factors of clothing or item production (fabric, materials, production, origin, etc), there may be a slight difference in color and/or fabric between what is shown on our site and the actual final product. If you need a certain color and/or fabric matched exactly, then contact us at info@chamorustylz.com so that arrangements can be made to obtain a sample of the item you need matched.

All sales on international orders are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. However, if your order contains incorrect or defective items, please contact us immediately at info@chamorustylz.com so we can help resolve the problem.

Use Correct Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to misspelled, incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable addresses. Before you complete your order, please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are complete and valid.

For international orders, please make sure your country's postal service can deliver to your address and you are aware of custom and import fees that may incur. 

For domestic orders: If you aren’t completely happy and satisfied with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or give you store credit for situations where the wrong product garment style, color, or size was ordered. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible to start a return, please contact us at info@chamorustylz.com. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, please take a photo of the product with the specified problem/issue and send it to us at the aforementioned email address.

If your return matches these guidelines, we’ll send you an approval status and return shipping address. Your item will be processed upon your request - exchanged, given store credit, or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

-Return is within 7 business days of receipt.
-The item is in original condition and has not been worn with tags intact.
-A copy of the original sales receipt is included.
-Not an international order.

We need to hear from you via email before you ship any returned merchandise. Please contact us at info@chamorustylz.com with the details and photos Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one and purchase an additional item, we will ship those products back to you for free!

Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted via email at info@chamorustylz.com within 3 days after the product has been received. Please describe the issue/problem and send photos of it at aforementioned email.


Lost packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted by email at info@chamorustylz.com within 3 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have adhering to the Return Policy. Once the return is accepted and you are exchanging an item for another one and add an additional purchase, we will ship your item(s) for free!


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@chamorustylz.com.
