Delivery
When will my order ship?
Some of the products are made to order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
It typically takes 2-8 days to fulfill an order depending upon type of product, quantity, and origin of fulfillment location to delivery destination. After fulfillment, it will be shipped. The shipping time depends on your location and method of transportation, but typical shipping times are:
USA: 3-8 business days
International: 5-18 business days or longer depending upon destination
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create and process your products or transportation delays. Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. Final shipping costs will be shown during checkout.
Where will my order ship from?
Some products may ship from within the USA or from other countries. We also work with on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! CHamoruStylz is based in the USA.
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
IMPORTANT: Your order's shipping cost DOES NOT include or cover any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or any other charges that may be assessed when your shipment is imported into your country. We do not determine or collect any additional import charges.
By completing your order, you agree to become the importer of record for your order. In doing so, you assume full responsibility for any additional import charges. If you refuse delivery of your shipment, we will treat the shipment as being abandoned. We will not issue refunds for refused shipments. Please consider this fact before completing your order.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@chamorustylz.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

Orders
All sales on international orders are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. However, if your order contains incorrect or defective items, please contact us immediately at info@chamorustylz.com so we can help resolve the problem.
Use Correct Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to misspelled, incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable addresses. Before you complete your order, please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are complete and valid.
For international orders, please make sure your country's postal service can deliver to your address and you are aware of custom and import fees that may incur.
How are your products made?
We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand suppliers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Why does my order look different than what I saw on my screen?
We try to make sure that the photos and/or descriptions of our items accurately reflect the actual color and fabric of the item in person. However, due to issues out of our control like the variety of settings in monitor and other device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) and factors of clothing production (fabric, materials, production, origin, etc), there may be a slight difference in color and/or fabric between what is shown on our site and the actual final product. If you need a certain color and/or fabric matched exactly, then contact us at info@chamorustylz.com so that arrangements can be made to obtain a sample of the item you need matched.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please drop us a line at info@chamorustylz.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@chamorustylz.com within 3 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Product disclaimers:
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.
RETURNS
What’s your return policy?
We do offer returns and exchanges within guidelines, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@chamorustylz.com. For more detailed information, please see our Returns Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 3 days at info@chamorustylz.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, order number and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We do offer exchanges within guidelines. Please see our Returns Policy.
All clothing items on CHamoruStylz.com are U.S. standard clothing sizes. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@chamorustylz.com within 3 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
